CANCELLATIONS OR MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Please kindly note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are a small business - no shows and late cancellations hugely affects us. Thank you for your consideration.
If a minimum of 24 hours notice has not been given for cancellation of treatment which is part of a course, this session will be deducted without refund.
Failure to notify us of cancellation will result in any future appointments being booked with a non refundable full deposit.
